I apologize for your dissatisfaction with our facility, upon the receipt of your complaint I have research into what led to this complain and I found that at time of service patient was provider with our policy and procedure all was explained to the patient before signingPlease see all documentation were patient was made responsible for any outstanding balances after insuranceOur office tried reaching out to Mr [redacted] attorney as well with no response back at the time, since then I have recently reached out to him and he has agreed to covered the overdue after insurance which I have already forward to his attention and upon the receipt of balance I would be refunding back the total amount of $plus $overdraft
