The Garden Club HOA is not responsible for the "Unit"...which is the interior of the condominium The HOA is responsible for the exterior of the building and I followed the protocol to get the roof repaired I did not work at GVPM the first half of 2015, but I feel like I took care of their issue with the resources available to me by their association once it was brought to my attention Trevor J [redacted] HOA Manager for Garden Club HOA for Golden Valley Management Company

SInce I bought the apartment on February 24, 2015, I have contacted the HOA by phone and email to notify them of damage of my ceiling caused by a rook leak months after when they collected the $for repairing the roof, I paid assuming they were going to work on it Half a year has passed with no repairs, I have contacted them constantly checking in In December with all the raining, the damage became bigger and my tenant decided to break the lease or stay if I fixed it
They finally fixed it a month later, after many many calls and emails and the HOA giving me the run around I had to repair the damage and spend out of my pocket $for the repairs I have asked them many times to either repair or pay for the cost of repairs and no one even bothered to return emails or calls Therefore I find them responsible for the damage and for the repairs
