Based on my research, I saw that carpet cleaning could be expense and if not done properly, could damage the carpetI saw this deal and decided to do a little research before purchasing I called the number listed on the deal and spoke with a representative named Chase He answered all the questions I had about the type of services they offered with ease I was so pleased with his professionalism and the swiftness with which he answered my questions that I purchased the Livingsocial deal while still on the phone with him I scheduled the appointment online through their website for 12/28/(which was so easy to use) and received a confirmation email and a reminder email the day before my appointment My appointment day came and due to inclement weather, the person assigned to clean my carpets was running late Under circumstances, someone being late would be a problem; however, Chase called me well before my scheduled appointment time and let me know the specialist was running behind In addition, he apologized for the inconvenience Branden A [redacted] was the specialist assigned to clean my carpets and I could not be more pleased with him! When he arrived at my home, he immediately apologized for his tardiness He quickly surveyed the areas that needed to be cleaned and gave me a quote on two couches that I was thinking about cleaning The carpets had not been cleaned in years, but Branden made them look brand new; He was very through and friendly I had a few rusts spots in the carpets that I knew were not going to come out, however, whatever Branden did, the spots came right out! Not only did Branden clean my carpets, but also he educated me on how to maintain the carpets in between cleanings He did such a great job on the carpets, that I had him clean two of my couches while he was thereBranden was so awesome that I will request him anytime I need my carpets or couches cleaned I am happy that I purchased this dealUnlike some service deals purchased through Livingsocial, this deal did not have any hidden fees The only extra money I paid was for the couches I asked to be cleaned Even without the deal, Safe-Dry has reasonable prices

They were minutes early to our appointment, gave me an upfront quote, locked up behind themselves, and did quality work The person who came out was informative and nice, completely comfortable with himI have and will continue to recommend this company for their outstanding service

I am happy that I purchased this deal. Unlike some service deals purchased through Livingsocial, this deal did not have any hidden fees. The only extra money I paid was for the couches I asked to be cleaned. Even without the deal, Safe-Dry has reasonable prices.

I normally don't write reviews for companies, but I thought it should be made known when a company goes above and beyond what is expected. My husband and I normally have our carpets cleaned once a year, and it has always been a mediocre experience. Usually the cleaners are out the door, packing up, before we ever know they have started. [redacted] with safedry was the complete opposite. He was polite, not pushy on us doing any specific cleaning, and did a fabulous job. Our carpets have never looked this good, and the attention to detail was beyond what we were expecting.
