Garden Fresh Restaurants

We had a 25% off coupon and were very rudely treated by the cashier who failed to give the discount on 1 item thus overcharging by $.65. I returned the comment form and the manager called, apologized and said he would send a free meal coupon. He has not done so. I then emailed home office complaints and they said someone would contact me . That was another lie. The meal date was 10/30/18.

I received a "Free Meal" coupon in my e-mail as a birthday gift from Souplantation. The expiration date on the coupon clearly stated "8/6/2018". When I went in to redeem my coupon, the manager checked the computer and said it expired on 7/26/18. Despite agreeing with me that the coupon clearly said 8/6/18, the manager said he had to go with what the computer was showing. This is a blatant and outright lie to the consumer and should be investigated by the Revdex.com. The coupon completely deceives the consumer into coming into the restaurant and disregards what is factually written on the coupon itself.

Had bad experience in Palmdale store Feb 3, 2018. Complained to manager and manager did not handle it professionally. Requested to speak with general manager and corporate office. Manager made up a story and told corporate that I used offensive language during visit causing them to send me a letter advising me that I am no longer welcome on their property for any reason. Corporate sent letter without actually investigating matter as manager fabricated story ... my guess is to cover his incompetence during that evening.
