I am rejecting this response because:I have a rent credit on my account from my over payment of rent until my lease is up September 30th 2017. With Garden Gate Apartments  taking a week or more to get a new air conditioner and putting two window units in the apartment my bill is higher. So the 100 dollar credit she is trying to give will not be sufficient enough because my light bill is 260. I can't imagine what next month's bill will be.
