Hi [redacted] ~ I am sending this email to respond to the letter that was sent to our shop in regard to a complaint from [redacted] This order was received though our dove system which means that the customer had ordered the flowers from another flower shop and requested the florist to find a local flower shop that could deliver the flowers The order did not come directly to our flower shop from the customer So there was no transaction of money transferred from the customer to the our flower shop We are terribly sorry for the mistake in the message We realized our mistake and had the order cancelled like it never happened We tried to explain this to the customer and told her that she will need to get the refund from the flower shop she ordered the flowers from since we never received any money for this order I understand one of workers does have an heavy accent so it might have been hard to understand her but we had no money to refund back to her Also in our efforts to make this right we had sent flowers on behalf of our flower shop to I believe was her mother [redacted] apologizing for our mistake We know this does not take away from the mistake that had happen but we are truly sorry for the error The worker at our shop had accidentally read the instructions incorrectly Please let me know if you have any other concerns or if I can answer any other questions regarding this matter Best Regards, [redacted] Garden Grove Nursery and Flower Shop WBroadway AveAnaheim, CA 714-952-

Review: We ordered flowers for my father's funeral. We requested a heart shaped arrangement and asked that they put a message on a ribbon diagonally that reads "See you on the other side. Love [redacted]" instead they sent the arrangement with a card attached with the message that was supposed to be on the ribbon. They placed a ribbon on the funeral arrangement that said "Diagonally". My father was being cremated, so this one was supposed to be the one set of flowers for his Memorial personally from my mother. It was heartbreaking to see her disappointment. How stupid can some people be. I called and the owner [redacted] is not ever there and has not answered my calls . I have spoken with a lady named [redacted] I think. Honestly her accent was a little hard to understand so I may have the incorrect name. I requested my money back and they refuse. They said it is my fault because I said I wanted it diagonally. I don't understand....no common sense!! Very sad that they do this for a living. Why would anyone deliver flowers to a funeral home with a sash reading "diagonally". I will never ever use them again. And I do Not recommend use of their serviceDesired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK IN THE AMOUNT OF $135 FOR THE FLOWER ARRANGMENT.
