I recently had a problem with Garden Harvest Supply due to the fact that I received
plants that had little or no root system. I filed a dispute with the credit card company as well as wrting to the CEO and Secretary of the credit card co. American Express Blue awarded me a credit based on the information stated about how poorly Garden Harvest Supply deals with their Customers when there is a problem. What Nursery Company allows you only 10 days to return a plant. They qurantee nothing. Also Garden harvest Supply sent me an email that stated to go into their Control Panel. No company allows you to do this. When you go into their website after loging in, there is no control panel to be found. Also the email they sent me was from them to them. Did not make much sense. I will not use them again also their plants dont last perinnial or annual. American Express Blue did pay them for the defective plants but felt they were wrong and credited me also. They goodness I used a good Credit Card Company otherwise I would have
been out the plants and the money.
