*** notified me of this plumbing situation by voice mail and email on July 8th at 2:pm.I have been on vacation so I didn't get the messages until the morning of July 9thI did respond to *** by email on July 9th at 1:pm (which I saved)and told him that I have not had a chance to look over
the building inspectors report yet and that I would contact him after I had time to do sominutes later *** is already filing a complaint with the B.B.Bwhich I received at 3:pm July 9th, so as you can see I was never given any time to address the issue in the first place.At this point I would like to try to contact the plumber that did the under floor work to see if he assist me in this matterOther than that I could offer a refund for the portion of noncompliance items that I was paid for
