Review: I have been using Garden of Eden for lawn care services for about 8 years. In June, after I sent a check for services, they did not show up to cut my grass. I called and texted the owner,[redacted]. He acted surprised and promised he would be there the next day and the next and the next. This went on for 3 weeks. My grass was very high. I sent text messages and telephoned the business. I was given no explanation for the no show to cut my grass after 3 weeks, I repeatedly asked for a refund of $120. [redacted] promised on 2 occasions to refund my money and still gave me no explanation for discontinuing service after many years. As of 8/17/14, I have never received a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $120 for services not rendered.

Garden of Eden Lawn Care has continued to send invoices to me for services they are not providing.
Garden of Eden Lawn Care has not cut my grass since May. They owe me a refund of $120 for services not provided.
