refunding their customers. She said that I should receive my refund this upcoming week. She gave me her name and direct line. Her name is Helen R[redacted]. Her direct line is ###-###-####. She said that if I didn't receive my refund by Friday then call her directly. That is the only communication I have had with their accounting department so far.
