Review: My wife and I hired Garden Specialties in March, 2014 to perform some landscaping services. They did an excellent job, so when we needed additional landscaping and pond maintenance and improvement services in April, 2014, we contracted with them again. They performed the services timely, but we immediately began experiencing drainage issues resulting from the work they performed on the pond. The water is draining outside of the pond, rather than inside, resulting in very low water level in the pond. We can only run the pumps for a few hours and then have to turn them off. Otherwise, we risk burning up the pump motor due to the insufficient water level, resulting in a much larger issue. Prior to Garden Specialties working on the pond, we were not having this problem. Additionally, without correction, this is also going to result in higher water bills. I have tried working with Garden Specialties to get the problem resolved. They sent workers a few times, but they only spend about 15 minutes each time, with no improvement. I tried contacting them one last time, via office phone and cell phone, but my calls were never returned.Desired Settlement: We want them to correct the problem with the pool drainage so that the pond maintains the correct water level.
