I am rejecting this response because:
The letter states that there are attachments, but I can only see the first 2 pages. It says there are 9 total pages I can only see the first 2.

Review: I scheduled my 2004 [redacted] truck to have the 5th wheel worked on. I wanted the 5th wheel to have a pin welded in so I could use the truck to pull a frame less end dump trailer. I told them very specifically that I did not want bolts used at all. I was quoted $500-600 dollars. On the way to drop the truck off at their garage the EGR valve blew apart, so I called Garden Spot and had the truck towed there, to have the EGR valve and 5th wheel work done. When I go to pick up the truck, I come to find out they did exactly what I told them NOT to do and that was they used bolts for the 5th wheel, instead of the pin I told them I wanted. And on top of that my bill for the 5th wheel work was double the quote I had gotten. Never once was I called and informed that the quote was going to double. As i'm leaving with the truck, I'm no sooner out of their lot when the truck starts missing, no power, and white smoke coming out of the stacks. My truck DID NOT have this problem when it was brought into their garage.My bill I received states that the truck did this when they test drove it, and I was charges $475, for them to check the EGR valve and take it for a long test drive. After the long test drive they are claiming on their bill that everything was okay. I refuse to take the truck back to them for further repairs.Desired Settlement: I want this matter resolved by at the very least a refund of the $475.00 to check the EGR valve and test drive my truck, and $500 back from the work done on the 5th wheel, that they did the exact opposite of what I told them to do & charges me double what they quoted me.
