Response to the above mentioned concern filedI spoke with mr Mitchell via my husbands cell phone ( in which I have enclosed a copy of the cell record) regarding this matterI explained to him I would contact the grower about the miss tagged trees he purchased and we would have him bring in
the trees that weren't right and exchange themMr Mitchell explained that he purchased a gallon size tree but once he sent in his tag the price was clearly marked at a gallon price of He explained he wanted a larger tree since his would be older so I explained I would let him know after I spoke with the grower. The grower didn't give me credit for the trees so I purchased 2 of the gallon trees for mr Mitchell's replacement treesHe was then called by our company and was told the trees were at the location and ready for pick upThe next information I was given was that mr Mitchell had replanted the miss tagged trees in a different location in his yard and now one had died and he wanted us to give him the corrected treesI was out of town at this time and asked the manager to wait until I returned and I would handle the situationI returned on Monday night July and discovered the letter from the Revdex.com.I don't feel I owe mr Mitchell at all and the offer was to replace the trees if he brought the miss tagged trees back to us which wasn't done
