This matter is completely ridiculous for a tree that is no bigger than my handWhen I have family matters specially a funeral and I go out of town my number is completely different this matter is completely ridiculous and customer is completely overreacting

On 11-28-I had *** *** come to inspect the outlets, they said all outlets were in working order. I have enclosed their work order. Garden Starters claim the outlets were the problem, but that is incorrect

I do not own a company and have no affiliation with any company named Garden Starters. I own a truck but there is no company logo on it because I do not work for a landscaping company. I work full time at a church and do repairs and charity work...

Regarding the pipe I kept it exposed to prevent any damage to cables and lines under the ground- he knew this and was happy with the work. I did not charge him for the drain. I have known this man for 20 years and just wanted to help him out.

This man owns the business. If he does not own a business why does he have a business card? It is attached. He texted me Sunday night to try and get more money for more pipes which he already has. He sent me a text saying "Fine. Drain will be done Thursday." I never heard from him and no work was done. Yes we have known each other for 20 years which I why I am surprised he is doing this to me. There is a Southwestern Bell box in my backyard that clearly says to call before digging which he did not do. He is lying about working at a church full time this landscaping company has been his full time job and said he has been in business for 8 months. The address on his business card is his old address, where his mom lives. He now lives at Claregood lane now and I know that is the correct address. At this point it would be less trouble to just have him refund the money because he has not completed the repairs like he said he would. He kept telling me he was going to bring the bid in writing but he has not so I do not have any documentation of our agreement because he will not give it to me.

I find this matter to be in a scent ridiculous at some point. The small Japanese maple tree was a completely separate issue that I was going to take down and remove for zero cost. Tree should only take approximately 20 minutes to remove.  due to the fact that she is a repeat customer and has us...

come out there willing to do it for no cost.  Since last week I have been in Nashville Tennessee attending my great uncle's funeral which my personal cell phone number  gets switched over in use from my business line. I do not take business calls when attending family issues. Again there is always email which is checked on a daily base.    still definitely more than willing to do the tree but at this point I will definitely charge for the tree at this point for confusion and trouble!

Everything went very well as far as installation of the Christmas lights. We do not leave the property unless the lights are working. When we left, all the lights were working. I tell my customers if there is a problem to call us and we charge a small service fee to go out and see what the issue is....

[redacted] called me a couple days later and I went out and I replaced the fuse and replaced the bulbs and the one strand was still not working. I did let him know there was a larger issue with this. He did tell me this was the first year he put out Christmas lights. The issue was that it was pulling too much power out of his outlets. We are not certified or licensed to do any electrician work. Unfortunately we are not liable for this and we are not able to do the work needed.
