Thank you for handling the matter After reading the response from the business I see they adjusted my bill to Zero as they did not provide any services as the system was not working You may close you file as the account balance is now zero
I want to thank you for helping to settle this matter It is because of you why they zeroed out the bill If I had not written to your office they would never have zeroed out the bill

Customers states we refused to service her alarm system. What she failed to state is that we tried to setup a service call for her to fix her system but she didn't want to pay for it. She only contracted with us to monitor her alarm system...

and not for a service contract. On May 11 2016 we received a letter to cancel the account immediately which we did. We initial sent her an invoice for the monies owed to the end of the contract but then decided to credit off the balance. The customer has a zero balance.
