Garden Terrace Apartments

Horrible! The people that work in the office including the manager are VERY unprofessional and sneakyI am trying to end my lease agreement early and move out on a good standingI asked them what I need to doThey told me I give them a written notice on the 1st of the month along with the rent of $($water included) that I will be staying and pay another month's rent of ONLY the rent part which is $in order to break the leaseThey specifically told me they will not charge me for the waterI go in on the 1st to a give them everything they said and they add on more fees! Then try to tell me I now need to pay for the water which does NOT state on the leasei called the manager back, she would not speak to me, I explained to the other women I have proof that I did not need to pay extra because I recorded her! I call the manager back and she then tells me all I would owe is a view bucks...The manager went from telling me I do Not need to pay water with the termination fee, to saying I do, to then saying only a few "bucks"I have officially lost my trust with this apartment and can't wait to move out! They lie and are very unprofessionalAt first they did not even give me a copy of the contract when I moved in! When I go to get it I get handed TWO pages!!....Finally I got itWho knows, they could have altered itI'm still angry, that I now owe a few bucks, not because of the amount, but because it seems like they are just trying to get a few dollars from me when I leave even though it does not state on the contract!
