Garden Time

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I disagree with their statement that the order was placed in a timely manner as the playset was paid in full on April 28, 2014 and [redacted] reported that they did not receive the order from Garden Time until May 27, 2014. Customers should be informed that their order will not immediately be placed with the company and customers should not be told that they will receive their order within 4 weeks, especially if it's going to take 4 weeks before the order is even placed. Garden Time needs to be more forthcoming with their customers. Regards, [redacted]

Garden Time takes all complaints seriously and follows up with all customers We apologize that this customer had a bad experience and felt that we had not done our job Garden Time did order the play set in a timely fashion however, our order was held up due to high volume of orders with the manufacturer We as a distributor were told on multiple occasions that the order was going to ship and then delayed due to back ordered parts, not necessarily for this customers play set but for others that were on the same truck We have refunded the customers money
