I am rejecting this response because: I have an experienced person who cuts and delivers wood as a business come and look at the wood.  He states that most of the wood is in a state of decay.  He could not believe the wood was sold to me as "premium" split...

oak at all and especially at that price!   This wood was advertised as "premium seasoned split oak".  Many of the pieces are small limbs and the majority of the the the entire delivery is in a state of decay as verified by a qualified tree man.  I thought I was just taken for a ride on the quality and there was nothing I could do except never deal with this person again.  Since then, I have learned you don't have to get "stuck" with bad merchandise which was faulty advertised.  I have requested a full refund and he can collect the wood to see to someone else.  I am will to help load the wood if that will help, but I do not the wood.  I told him I the wood to heat my home and anyone will tell you rotten wood is not Premium -
