Contracted Renew Home Improvements and Excel Insulation to replace my deck, siding, gutters and insulation years agoAfter paying over 80,to have this work done they wont even answer the phone or return a callAs of this date Livingston County has not passed their work for the permit process and even after receiving fines form the county they will not return a phone call to themThe siding on my house is falling off and the gutters don't drainThe job was never fully completed and I have no reason why they just decided one day they were done after they got all of my money
Worst experience ever Had to take them to court to obtain judgment and they still refuse to pay And that was after year + of seeking easier resolution Judge not happy with "blow off" either and issued Bench Arrest Warrant for Ryan Pedersen See your (Revdex.com) complaint file #
Truly terrible experience After year of waiting I went to small claims court and won Then we went to bench trial and won again with damages increased They still refuse to pay damages and now on to seizing assets Think long and hard about who you want to do business withwhen things do not work out
We meet them at a home show in Novi, MIFrom the very start they were super niceWe had them replace several windows in our home and from start to finish we were very satisfiedI want other's to know that from our experience you can count on them to say what they do and do what they sayThanks Ryan
