Review: The company advertised through Living Social for yard services below:"Transform your yard from messy to manicured with the help of these certified professionals: $100 ($210 value) for three hours of landscaping service Valid for cleanup, consultation, maintenance, lighting, and more Service area includes a 15-mile radius from Metairie's 70005 zip code"I called in March to set up an appointment to clear my Ginger which had died down in the winter. After several calls, emails, texts and many missed appointments, they finally show up two months later. Now the ginger is growing and the company tells me they cannot and will not remove it without a backhoe. So the whole spring has passed and my garden is not touched. I think the delay was a scam to add work. Nowhere in the ad does it mention that equipment is extra. Very disgusted with the service or non-service of this company!Desired Settlement: Refund or removal of the ginger!
