explained to *** *** that there would be a labor charge to replace the inducer and ignition device because the furnace had not been serviced for more than three yearsHe verbally agreed and signed invoice #*** indicating that he authorized and approved the work completed. *** *** expressed his dissatisfaction to which I responded by giving him a free one year service contract worth $360.00. I am rejecting this response because:The business has not addressed the root cause of the dispute which is they arbitrarily raised price after an agreement was reached.Let's not play the game of blaming other party disrespectfulJust honor the contract and finish the job, which is the least the business should do
