*** Tree & Turf ("GT&T") took weeks to respond to Revdex.com and offer to treat my tree if its health fails due to their actionsThat's a step forward from the owner's previous abrasive and rude response to meNote GT&T didn't provide proof their arborist, MrMedina, was ISA certified as Mr*** claimed he was and ISA didn't have him in their reoordsI urge customers to hold GT&T accountable, verity their accreditations and assertions and be cautious of their disrespectGT&T needs to be proactive in talking to tree owners before they take irreversible actions
