Sealwize of Colorado Springs is one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of doing business with From my first contact to my last I felt like I was the only customer they had MrScott [redacted] is very low pressure when it comes to sales He gave me a proposal for only what I was asking I found out they could do more and I added that to the proposal The workers always came when scheduled and Mr [redacted] made sure we knew when they could be expected to arrive The workers were courteous, a pleasure to watch ply their trade like the true craftsmen and women that they are and treated my curiosity about what they were doing with behavior that indicated that they were glad someone took interest as opposed to being like an intruder At times there were three workers and they worked well together and were kind to one another and also had fun being together They worked hard taking only the breaks they needed to take and they paid close attention to detail We are super pleased
Seal wise came out and sealed the entire concrete around the house however just a few months afterword the sealant started flaking offWe called several time and were told over and over again they would be out to fix the concrete however something would come up and they wouldnt be able to show uptoday they finally came to make the corrections but only did one location and the back of the house is still not redoneThis company brags about its A+ Revdex.com rating but it really isnt worth wasting the moneythey promise you quality work to the highest possibility just to have you pay them thousands of dollars and after a few short months it isn't worth anything! Please dont waste your money with this companyThey dont answer your phone calls and take forever to return them after they complete your servicethe warranty to them is nothing and believe me they dont want to come back to your house when they want to go somewhere else instead of reduing a job they didnt due right the first time!
We hired sealwize to stain our patioBy the time they masked everything off it was getting dark and instead of coming back the next day they worked with poor lightingThey also worked with a faulty sprayerThe worked kept having to clear it as it jammedThe next morning we woke up and walked out to look at the patio in the sunlight and it was a disasterThere are splotches from the faulty sprayer and the finish is not blended or attractiveEveryone who comes to our house asks us what happened to our patio and when the company is going to fix itIt's been months and we've tried several times to get them to come out and fix it with no luckShocked at the lack of pride in their work and the total disregard for customer service

They took the time to understand what I wanted to do and gave me a proposal that fit everything I asked for at a very reasonable price. They fit the work into their schedule and mine very quickly. The crew was great in explaining everything and had it done very quickly in less than a day. Their work was excellent and really exceeded my expectations.
