We used Gardner for our business and our personal taxesMrRichard Garner (the owner did our taxes on bothHe originally told us we were getting about 13,backWe didn't think that sounded right so we called back to speak with him to make sure this was right, days later another person called and supposidly fixed it saying now its 6,He still didn't feel cofortable and they both were in such a hurry and didn't explain things well or seem to understand our questionsSo we scheduled a meeting with Richard again, and after meeting with him didn't feel heard or like he was even taking his time to get it right, we felt rushed and left feeling confusedWould not recommend, they are so busy that you are just a number and they don't seem to care if they get it right
