I am rejecting this response because:This case was closed by Revdex.com on 9/19/2017[redacted] response was received after a notification of case closedA) Northwest took full responsibility for it. this statement is false since "full" responsibility should include repair 100% of damages, including walls, paint, deactivation and damage of all alarm sensors at windows and doors, fail to make this repairs mean is NOT a "full responsability"B) Northwest exteriors  "order the necessary parts to "REPAIR" all the problems. Mean Mr. [redacted] maybe don't understand that the contract was for a brand new product installed in a professional manner, NEVER was a negotiation over repaired windows and doors. Mr [redacted] maybe forgot that he send the COO [redacted] on June 29th 2017 at my home to apologize for the all mess, same day I told Mr. [redacted] that Northwest exteriors not only cause many damages, I mention they basically destroy my home alarm system, immediately Mr. [redacted] toll me that Northwest exteriors will take care the bill, that I don't have to w[redacted]y about it. Simply, like all the workers at northwest exteriors he did NOT keep his word, Also Mr [redacted] toll me that Northwest Exteriors are willing to wait any time that I consider to respond or get in touch with Northwest since the incident need to cool down and he said he knows how I feel after Northwest make the decision to send a person who was an apprentice and make the installation w/o any supervision. Mr. [redacted] mention that they try to close the job out when the Job was not done. A Job is done when all damages are fixed 100% Mr. [redacted] know that the Job is not done, why I need to call Northwest  when the COO is aware of that? about the offer of 50% discount s a customer I am not obligated to take any offer at first.C) [redacted] is a Liar, he said he personally left two messages and two e-mails, The only direct message that I receive from Mr. [redacted] was on 8/1/17 asking for a payment, when he maybe don't know that Northwest never send any information from "[redacted]" financial service who was in charge of the financing before the date of the payment, I never had any paperwork to sign or to work with, he try to collect when was his responsibility to contact [redacted] Financial, per agreement, I never sign anything for cash or credit card, Mr. [redacted] try to Lie to Revdex.com. Mr. [redacted] said after several days later I called back and try to get an additional $500 for my alarm system, he said he told me that was already included, First, I never spoke or meet Mr. [redacted], he never told me anything, second I never request $500 I request $400 for my first bill, now my alarm is fixed and cost around $700 for to fix. The COO Mr [redacted] is the one said that Mr. [redacted] will offer a 50% discount but no pay for any damage, (after he promise this bill will be paid by northwest) at this point I have damages and used windows and repaired windows and doors. Northwest try to contact me in the first week of August when I was in Orlando Florida in a family Vacation, two days after I return from my trip I receive a "intent to lien" notice, of course, any responsible person will contact the contractor right away, Mr. [redacted] Never take my calls before and after the problem, in this case I contact Mr. [redacted] and he said "or you accept what Mr. [redacted] offer or we put a lien at your house", well I feel extorted since I don't have no more choice to accept, I never sign anything that job was done, also when financing company call me to arrange payment I never denied information to make the payment but I state that job is not done and contractor have pending issues, I ask to go ahead with the payment just not to have a lien at my house.D) Yes I left negatives reviews on [redacted] and [redacted] also Mr. [redacted] forgot to mention that I left negatives reviews at you tube, reviews that they immediately erase, Mr. [redacted] state that I create a fake accounts and post more negatives reviews on the social media sites. Mr. [redacted] should ask his attorney the consequences for false statements, I don't need to use "false" accounts or false reviews, I take responsibilities of all my post, positive reviews and negatives reviews that Northwest Exteriors well deserve, Create a false accounts are easily to find out, I invite Mr. [redacted] to present any evidence of such accusation and probe Revdex.com his statement, Mr. [redacted] lie again, I can tell Mr. [redacted] from now I will take more time to look for more websites to continue my reviews to prevent honest people who earn hard working money to do business with Northwest, his false statement encourage me to continue with my honest reviews and statements.E) "I felt like fixing the entire job at our expense and then giving a $6,116 discount is extremely fair" "Term was accepted by Mr. [redacted] that we are done with this".First felt like something is extremely fair is your sole point of view, many friends, family members, professionals and others that now about this case suggest that I never should have to pay a penny for this experience, is their point of view, in my point of view I was extremely fair with you. About terms was accepted by me, you lie again, I still keep all emails, all, I never accepted anything, you make look like I accepted "gangster style" but never accept anything.F) "Mr. [redacted] feels I deserve additional $500 with your conditions, again Mr. [redacted] are trying his "gangster style" one more time. What I deserve as a customer is respect, respect that northwest exteriors don't know anything about it, it is a lot more bad reviews from your company, please don't blame that I created this old and news bad reviews, you created for yourself. What I deserve is an apology, what I deserve is a retraction of your statement that I create a false accounts and feedbacks, what I deserve is a top notch service when I hire a contractor, what I deserve was good comunication, you never respond my calls, you never call me back.I will NOT remove any negative feedbacks I post not even for $10,000 not for $50,000, you don't know what dignity is, you don't know what customer service is, you don't know what a honest person are able to do and you don't have any idea how a honest person is. past, present and future negatives reviews are not negotiable, I will keep my complaint with the Revdex.com and with the CSLB also I may file more complaints at my discretion, you can let your attorney know about my decision. Everything I wrote is true, every past, present and future feedback is true in base of my own experience. Mr. [redacted] at some point I just ask for a $400 alarm bill, that settlement is gone, was gone when your COO said or you accept 50% or Lien. I can't believe you accuse me to create false user names.You really offend with your false statements. For Revdex.com this case was close 9/19/2017 since contractor never respond on time and respond after case was closed. Please consider this case close and post all the information including this message. Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

So far Mrs. [redacted] has only paid us $3,000, she did not pay her balance yet of $3,650. The awning we brought out was not broken, but was damaged during install due to a gust of wind at a point where the awning was fully extended for adjustments. We removed the awning and brought it back to our shop...

and are trying to work with the manufacturer to repair, under warranty, this awning back to new factory specifications. These awnings are custom built in Texas with the parent company being in Italy where some of their parts come from. Unfortunately it takes time for this process to happen, but we are working on it and hope to have it resolved soon.
