This company only repair a piece of pvc pipe I allowed them to do that repair it cost also to clean filter 50.00 they did not come back to do anything else I had already paid for all tjis plus a month in advance for services to be done total they never came back!
[redacted] contacted my company to clean up her neglected pool for her daughter who now rents the home. We require money to be paid in advance for services which was complied with. pool needed to run continuously until finished. Upon returning to the property with two other technicians 3 separate times the pool was off. The daughter told us in her exact words "my mom said not to run the pump all the time because it will blow up".
Which was going against what I had recommended to run continuously. I can not fix an issue of this type without compliance with the homeowner. Since service was rendered, we can not provide a refund for something we did. We went 4 times to this house, used chemicals and time to fix the issues and also repairs. There is obviously a communication issue within the owners of this residence.
