Review: They did not register my car and I have had the vehicle since APRIL.
The Inspection was clearly done after which doesn't make any sense, and immediately driving it off the lot numerous problems occurred and the check engine light has become my best friend. I am fully aware of the practice of trading in a vehicle and they separated my purchase into two separate transactions to avoid a tax credit on the total amount. They claimed I did not send in proof of insurance but I have proof I sent through email and have all communication. They do not return calls and they keep extending my temporary registration 45 days. When I call they do not answer and I physically have to show up every time. My plates are still registered to my old vehicle and I get pulled over all the time about it. I went to the DMV to fix my registration and they say its too late and I need another inspection which I never received the first time around with this vehicle.Desired Settlement: I just want my car registered. Since I have bought the vehicle I have had almost 3k in charges due to vehicle malfunctions and failures that are mostly electronic which makes me fear that this is a flood vehicle. I got a sworn statement from the [redacted] that this was not a flood vehicle. but the delay in the registration, makes me feel as if there is something more to this. Thanks a million
