Review: [redacted] FROM (GARGAS ROOFING) WAS HIRED TO DO MY ROOF WITH NEW SHINGLES ETC. APPX 6 MONTHS LATER MY ROOF STARTED TO LEAK I CALLED [redacted] AND HE STATED THAT HE WILL LOOK AT THE PROBLEM AND SAID HE WILL FIX IT. WELL MY ROOF IS LEAKING AGAIN CAUSING THE SAME DAMAGE AS BEFORE. I CALLED [redacted]'S COMPANY AND SPOKE TO HIS SECRETARY [redacted] I TOLD HER MY PROBLEM AND SHE STATED I WILL TELL [redacted] TO GIVE YOU A CALL BACK. WELL I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM [redacted] HE HAS BEEN IGNORING MY PHONE CALLS STILL TO THIS DAY APPX 2 MONTHS LATER I STATED TO [redacted] THAT I WILL BE CALIING EVERYDAY UNTIL I HAVE SOMEBODY CALL ME BACK. DID THAT AND IM STILL BEING IGNORED..Desired Settlement: I WANT THE LEAK FIXED I WANT SOMEBODY WHO KNOWS WHAT THERE DOING TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM IM TIRED OF SPENDING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS EAH TIME THIS HAPPENS
