Recently received a package full of dietary supplements that I nor my wife ordered, at least not knowingly. Don't know where we were charge yet.

It was advertised as Free Sample only pay shipping. Then in less than 2 weeks charged my card for both products, of which I did not authorize.
Advertises free sample/ risk free trial. Completely refundable if not satisfied. It was never advertised as will charge your card for unwanted products then claim you agreed to it when in reality, I did not. Total scam. Order ***

Once the order is placed, it's nearly impossible to get a phone number or copy of the shipping statement or even an invoice
I want to be completely reimbursed for the entire ordeal, including the products charged and shipping the "supposed free sample"

Is the business saying they refunded my card and sent a confirmation email because that is not true. Also I had to close that card due to the fact that it had been compromised by this company
It looks as though the email that was provided in the account was not a complete email address, so the confirmation would not have gone through. As for the refund, the transaction details are listed above. If you have further questions, please contact your card company to locate the funds, especially if the card was closed. We are unable to duplicate the refund, as the funds are pulled from our account and sent to the card on file for the transaction. Your card company will be able to locate the funds and properly return them to you in this instance.

I called the company and they began by offering me a 50% refund and then a 75% refund. Could not get her to understand that I wanted the account cancelled and the money refunded. She tried to tell me I was paying for the sample (Advertisement says that you are billed for the shipping)
A full refund and no further shipments of the product.
