Do not bid with this auction company if you live outside the Bay Area
Won three items on the 28th of October 2023, trying to pay for them and setup shipping. Received an invoice with the three items I won. Sent three emails, made 3 phone calls and talked to Rich once and he promised he would call on Monday the 30th. No responses to date and I am figuring the the items are gone.
I rented from Superior Rentals for two yearsI loved the place and was always able to get repairs fixed in a timely matterThe "office manager" is very unprofessional but the owner is amazingWould highly recommend just contact Deb (owner) for an concerns instead of Rhonda (office manager)
