I am rejecting this response because:
I have no idea who the are speaking to and getting these confirmations All I know is what I said we did not get a response on the shirts and hats till mid july, at that time we were told there would be a final fee for paying off shirts and putting a new deposit on hatsAnd the hats would be more money nowWe never got products in a timely manner and they would not accept any blame for what happenedWe just want them to stop calling and texting us.Thank you

Customer: Set
up a order for t-shirts and hats, started the process on April 12,
where I got a price for shirts and hats, during that time period till we
paid the deposit we were discussing hat and t-shirt design where we
finally agreed on a finish product and price and on 5/16/2016 we got a...


final price and submitted credit card info to pay deposit which was
charged on 05/19/2016. Garment Decor: The ordering process initiated at the time of his original 50% down payment on 5/19/2016 in the afternoon. Standard to our turn around policy, we had his t-shirt order finished within 10 business days with the hats sampled. Due to the requested change, the turn around time on the hats was postponed. The delay continued because the customer did not know how to proceed. Please let us know if you would like an entire transcript of our conversation showcasing this.Customer: We waited 2-3 weeks for product to be finished
and pay it off, but nothing.Garment
Decor: This is completely incorrect. We have text messages and internal records showcasing his t-shirt order was complete on June 2nd/3rd + a request for a change on the hats as well on June 2nd/3rd. Images AttachedCustomer: We were told there would
be additional charges for the hats.
At this point after waiting so long for a finished product in which we
finalized back in may on which I was told a final price and paid a
deposit and expected to just pay the rest of the quote and be finished.Garment
Decor: Incorrect. There was no additional charges at any point of the ordering process which we have a history of. The customer is confusing his remaining balance with extra charges. Customer:  Instead the items that were ordered which were not finished in a timely
manner, and was told in July there would be extra fees after we paid a
deposit, We contacted garment decor and they were not able to explain
why the items took so long to make and why there was extra fees since
nothing changed from the original designGarment
Decor: Once again, incorrect. There are no additional fees. Furthermore, the t-shirt order was completed on time which we have provided pictures of showcasing the date we completed the order. The delay on his hats was caused by the customer not knowing how to proceed. We have full chat transcripts showcasing this. Please let us know if you would like to view thisCustomer: At that point after talking to
Garment Decor where they took no fault in the situation, we contacted
out credit card company and explained what happened and was refunded the
deposit.
To this day we have not received any product from them nor do we want
the product as based on this situation we can not guarantee the quality
of there work.So I am not sure why we are still being harassed with
text messages and phone calls about non payment of items we never
received. Not only are they wanting the deposit they want the full
amount, which once again we never received. We would just like them to
stop calling and harassing us with there style of business practices.Garment Decor: It is unfortunate that the customer is stating this. We have
text messages from the customer stating "Good work", "approved for
production", and "Looks good". Everything else is slander/lies. The customer will not be able to show anything that resembles harassment.
