My 2013 Chrysler Town and Country Limited told me that it needed an update on the GPS. So I went to the Garmin website that my car gave me and I ordered an update which came in the mail in the format USB and 2 memory cards from a company called here Maps. Today I got in my car and I try to update my maps just the way the book told me to that was sent with the information. And it made my GPS go to a black screen I now no longer have any GPS on my car at all I took it to my dealer. And they tried every possible way to fix it and then informed me that it would cost $289 to have my stereo replaced because that's the only way it's going to get fixed. So I contacted here maps and Garmin and they both are blaming my car the Chrysler for being faulty in the first place. And my Chrysler Chrysler dealership is blaming them for the update not being the right one for my car. So the only thing Garmin would do or here Maps would do was send me a refund for my update and basically told me tough luck on my car.
