We purchased a certified preowned (CPO) Infiniti Qon June 23,from this local dealership.The afternoon prior to purchase we met with the salesperson and the used car manager and discussed our price range and the features that we wanted on a car.We returned the next day, saw the car they had for us,checked the window sticker indicating a premium package with our requested features, did a quick test drive and negotiated the sale.After we got home,we soon realized that the car was a base sedan with NO premium package.We had asked the salesperson what the "a" beside the Qindicated and were told that she "didn't knwas just something they put on the car."She also mentioned the Bose sound system during the test drive(which was on the sticker).The CARFAX provided by the dealership also listed the car with a premium/sport package.We met with the used car manager who immediately took responsibility for mismarking the car and made various offers of services/and or $to rem
