letter dated August 24, this is our statement: Our customer, *** ***, came in to Gamer's Yamaha on Saturday, June 4, with his sonAfter an hour or so in the store, he inquired about the above referenced unit and purchased the vehicle on his own accordMr*** was the sole purchaser and had no influence from anyone to make the purchaseHe informed us that he had recently sold his Polaris RZR and was excited to have another for him and his son to rideWe gave Mr*** $for him and his son to enjoy dinner for making the drive from Roswell to shop with usWe also loaned him a utility trailer to haul his new vehicle homeAfter going over safety, proper breprocedures, and the maintenance schedule, Mr*** thanked us and said that we had the best customer serviceHe said that he and his son were going to stop on their way home and test drive their new RZRTuesday, June 7th Mr*** called and said that he had taken his RZR out Saturday night and heard a loud pop while driving itHe asked if we could pick up the unit "30" miles from our store and bring it back to see what caused the issueSo, we sent our serviceman out to pick up our trailer and his unitOnce the unit was at the shop, we ran diagnostics and found the drive shaft to be bentThe unit was also connected to our computer and we found the cause of the problem to be driver error due to over revving of the engine during the break periodFriday, June 10th, we disassembled a brand new unit in order to repair Mr***'s RZROnce completed, we found that the gas tank had been ruptured when the drive shaft bentBecause of the safety issues involved, we could not allow the unit to leave until the gas tank was replacedA gas tank was ordered at that time; however, Garner's Yamaha, LLC paid extra for expedited shipping in order to have Mr*** riding the following weekThis was not warranted by the manufacturer of the unit, but by Garner's Yamaha, LLCThis was a goodwill gesture and an out-of-pocket expense for usThe next time the unit arrived at our service department was because the rear axles separated on the RZRIt clearly had been abused during breperiodOur computer diagnostics allow us to view the driving history of the unitsWe explained this to Mr***, but he thought that the issue was caused by the lift kit that he knowing and willingly purchased with the unitAs requested by Mr***, the lift kit was removed and once again, we repaired the unit "AS A GOODWILL GESTURE"Tanner G*** General Manager Garner's Yamaha, LLC

I am rejecting this response because:
Again Garner is not telling the truthThere was NO in store credit issuedI cannot believe the audacity of this company!!! Lie after lie will not erase the horrible experience we had as well as many other customers, as you can see in other public ratings of this company's business practicesHow sad that they continue to fool people on a daily basisAfter all is said and done we are happy with the POLARIS vehicle we purchased but will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from Garner againIn addition, I will openly use my freedom of speech to disuade everyone I know from doing business with Garner'sThey do not operate with an ethical business modelIf a check appears as they stated they have mailed I will be surprised.

Polaris RZR She had previously had it at another dealership in Odessa, Texas and was not happy with the workShe arrived at our business on October 30, with claims of a knock in the motorShe blamed the issue on repairs made by the Texas dealership and wanted us to write a letter documenting the problems and placing responsibility on themA new motor was ordered for her unitOn February 26, the customer was informed that the motor was on backorderAgain, on March 8, the customer's husband was informed that the motor was still on backorderThe motor was delivered to our business on April 28, All work was completed on June 15th and the customer picked up the unit on June 21stShe called our service department on June 22nd regarding problems with her PolarisThe next day our service manager, Tiffany, contacted her to correct the issuesTiffany told her to bring her unit back to us and ALL OF HER EXPENSES WOULD BE PAIDCustomer informed us on June 24th that they would only take it to another dealershipOn June 29th we authorized diagnosis "ONLY" of the unit by another dealership's service departmentOn July 13th the authorized dealership, *** ***, contacted usWe learned that the replaced motor was bad and that an exhaust gasket had been left off by our mechanic; however, the gaskets would not have caused the issues found by the dealership and Polaris would not have offered warranty on the new motorJuly 14th we sent *** *** and the customer all of the information to have the motor warranted through Polaris factory warranty*** *** were asked to contact us and we would take care of the cost on the exhaust gasketsIf you need additional information or have questions, please contact me Thank you,Tanner G***, General Manager Garner's Yamaha, LLC North Dal Paso Hobbs, NM ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because: they are not telling the whole story and removed a lift kit and refuse to refund the amount that they charged me for itCustomer service was terribleWould not return calls and even the owner would not return my phone callThey have yet to admit that they changed out parts the day I bought the vehicle and I was told by the mechanic that they were the wrong partsIt was not totally user fault.
