Review: After completing various repairs on my 2001 Ford Ranger ( recently purchased ) I was told that my engine block was cracked and that the engine needed to be replaced. The quote given to me was $3,200.00. I was told that it would take from 10 working days to get it replaced. I was also told that if I pair in advance my bill would be discounted by $100.00. On July 25, 2015 I made a $400.00 deposit and on July 30 paid the remaining balance of $2,700.00 in full. After waiting 2 weeks I called to see if the truck was ready and was told that the new engine hadn't arrived yet. I called a week later and was told the again the new engine block ha not arrived. I called a week later and was told that they got a bad engine block and had to send it back and order another. I began to call several time a week and was consistently promised that the truck would be ready soon. After they finally got the new engine in the truck they told me it didn't fit correctly and had to do various things to correct the problem, implying that the transmission was damager by some one else and they were having difficultly fixing the problem. This went on for 2 additional weeks until they finally got the truck running last week on Thursday the 3rd of September. At this time they told me that the new engine had oil pressure problems and that they were sending the truck back to the engine rebuilder for repair. No one has called with an update and after calling the engine rebuilder he said he couldn't say when the truck would be ready. Without my truck I cant drive for my employer. I 've had to rent a truck to use and am forced to drive my wife back and forth to work so I can have a vehicle. I'm not sure if they intend on giving my truck back any time soon and I am at a loss as to what to do next.Desired Settlement: The immediate Delivers my truck fully operational with the promised 100K or 3 year warrantee.
