was sent to youIf you desired to have more information about the item before ordering, we certainly would have taken more pictures/investigated the item further, as we do for any reasonable requestThe listing states "Cosmetic Condition: - Excellent", as in there are no dings, dent, or scratchesThere was no claim in the item description as to its functionality, as we do not test all of our listed items functionality.Furthermore, I have no clue as to the veracity of your statement that "missing part of the positioner that can not be found/ replaced"You described it in your email to us as a screwI highly doubt that the company decided to get a custom screw thread made for just this product.Our records indicate that the order including shipping, handling, and fees was USD not over $and that is not unreasonable considering it was shipped half way across the world.As to our lack of response to your one and only emailYour email was hysterical over a missing screwYou did not ask a single question, I do not generally respond to statements: "We are very sorry to let you know that the item (lens positioner) we bought from you, is incomplete and completely uselessYou should have never shipped an item without letting us know about the problem you CERTAINLY knew One screw is missing that was holding the lens after the alignmentA special screw that cannot be found or replaced We feel defrauded and are ready to inform the United States US Embassy of Athens about that. Really terrible buying experience, worse ever, a nightmare. Please take the mail seriously and never do that again to your precious customers"

the missing component is the screw that holds the inner part of the mount after aligment.It cannot be found or replaced, item is rubbishi have wrote the amount asked from the seller(around 124usd) and the amount I paid to my bank for the transfer in order to make the worse transaction ever(over 200usd)Dear Revdex.com I have already informed the embassy, and you can clearly see that the seller has made money although he sold rubbishI am ready to speak to the media about the discrepancy

thanks for being ridiculous and committing that the item is not guaranteed to work.Of course you cannot offer refunds because your plan was to cheat me.The component has the mission to hold the mount after the alignment, this is normaly done ,,gradually,, that means while it is being aligned.This component was missing from the beginning.Thanks for the Fraud
