I am rejecting this response because:Hello, If you read the the " Agreement as to tenancy at [redacted] ***" which was sent by the rental agency to complete" Whereas the owner of [redacted] ***has agreed to discharge [redacted] from any ongoing lease obligations as of October 15,and;whereas [redacted] is desirous of terminating his tenancy and lease obligation as of October 15,and [redacted] is desirous of assuming ongoing tenancy and lease obligations at [redacted] from and after october 15, as set forth herin and [redacted] has prepaid his portion of october, rent in the amount of together with payment of damage/security deposit to the landlord in the amount of 650;" Therefore according to the letter I will accept the dollar check for deposit back to me, and you can request this amount from [redacted] to cover the deposit.Also it states " The Parties agree, as of the date of this agreement, [redacted] has left the residence at [redacted] in the same state as the day upon which tenancy was originally granted" Thank you Thank you

Of course, the landlord may choose to locate the tenants who have vacated and remit to each individual the divided security deposit.
