Review: I recently purchase a vehicle from garnetts volkwagon in [redacted] pa when I filled out the loan app I put my correct name as jessica elliott and my correct social when they ran my credit for a loan through multiple banks without telling me they all denied it and then finally pnc apporved it when I recived letters from the banks they stated that they could not approve our loan becuase the co signer info could not be found also when I checked my credit report the loan for pnc bank still hasnt show up and I contatacted steve at the dealership he said it will take a few months but I didnt understand why becuase it had came up on my boyfreinds report who is also a signer on the car when I went to pay off car on 4/8 the bank teller informed me that the social used on the application for pnc is not mine and was completely diffrent from what mine was and I contatced the dealership and he confimed that and stated that as long as the name was correct it was fine which is also false becuase my name was incorrect I bought the car to help with my credit score and we paid it off and now it will not even show up due to there mistake this was a huge mistake in there iend and very un professinal and bad bussinessDesired Settlement: I am requested to be refunded the down paymnet that I put on the car or some type of compensation this was a huge error and didnt even help my credit and could have possibly and probally went on someone elses report
