I called them on a Saturday needing our AC unit serviced on one of the hottest days of year and they immediate called back and could send someone in a few hours. They gave us some things to try first while they had to go to another call. I want to thank them for the advice. My father and husband were able to get unit running again. They followed their tips and found that the humidifier was clogged. We cleaned it, and immediately the unit kicked back on. Can't thank Garnett enough! They could've just came out and charged us their emergency service fee but instead helped us figure it out. There are still great people and companies willing to help you out in this world.
