They are implying I called for the first time to cancel on 10/21 which is not true. That was my 3rd call trying to cancel. The only reason why I was able to get her to finally cancel was because I said I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. Consumers should be able to cancel when they call. I understand the first payment coming out as I did try the product. But I tried to cancel when I was only 2 weeks out which was well before the 30 days. Then I had to call again when I was told I was cancelled. Then again on 10/21. That is all I am saying I would like to hear that they will address training with their associates that when people call to cancel then cancel it.
