GARO Security

On January 13, 2020, Charlie C, sales manger of Garo Security of San Ramon, CA signed us up to have 4 security cameras installed on our property. The existing cameras were to be removed. The cost was $2,199.00 with a FTC discount of $200.00. A deposit of $1.000.00 was made at the time of signing. The cameras were installed on January 19 by the installation crew, Henry and son. Upon completion, the balance of the invoice was given $1000.00. On January 23, a called was made to Charlie letting him know the camera 4 was not working. He ask me to send a picture of screen, sent on Jan.24. I was told to press the exit button, it didn't work . Now the 3 camera is not working. He ask for additional pictures on Jan 28. Jan 28, I ask him for a solution. He ask me to send pictures to Henry in which he gave me a wrong number for Henry. Jan. 30 he sent the correct number for Henry. Henry reported we needed an upgrade on the cameras. Feb 5 Charlie said he would talk with Henry and get back with me. Feb. 13 Charlie said he would send the technician the next week. I asked for a date. Did not get a response. I am still waiting.
