I had them come to my home in back in March of to clear a drain because of a root problem that I was upfront aboutThey cleared it and gave us a month warrantySince then they have had to come out two other times in months to keep cleaning the clogged drainThey were supposed to come on Monday June 5th, early afternoon by o'clockI called them asking when they would be hereThey stated that they would be here by 6:pmThat would not work because I had a previous engagementA woman I spoke with gave me a time frame between 9:am to 11:am, but stated I have to give a time frame but will we will be there first thing in the morningWRONG again! No one showed up until 10:am AFTER I called to see where they were! Unacceptable!
The tech finally showed up up just snaked it with a camera showing me the problem that I already know aboutCLEARLY this company has poor communication skills Instead of taking the time to do the job correctly, the tech spent the ENTIRE time trying to sell me on getting the lines blown out by a company in Newton, MA There is no guaranteeThe 2nd time they came, they left a hot mess with an inch of water in my bathroomThese guys used my personal bathroom towels to sop up the mess and I believe poured something on them ruining themMind you, these are NOT cheap towels from ***Try $towels from *** *** *** *** I called and complained about this visit to a supervisor and explained what happenedI went through all visits and the man on the phone was EXTREMELY rude to meHe said, "You've already told me about that, you've already complained about thatLet's go to the new complaint." UnrealI used them back in and I'm guessing stopped because they didn't do a very good jobTo this day 6/10/the toilet is still leaking and it is still cloggedTotally incompetent I would NEVER recommend anyone to use them! Stay Away!
