I am rejecting this response because:
The information is not correct! There was in fact multiple phone calls from myself, the Executive Director and my (2) maintenance employees. Secondly, the check was sent to get the job completed. Since the issue started in February 2014 we sent Garon T. 4 checks for $425.00 each (2/20,4/1, 5/1,5/15) to come and clean out the sewer line. On our 4/1/14 invoice it has a recommendation for video inspection and repair of broken line approximately $2800, we then agreed to video scope for $300 it was completed on 5/15/2014. Since then we were trying to get the job start and completion date to avoid any more clogs and having to pay $425 every time, since we did not receive calls back we went ahead and sent check on 6/30/14 to get the job done! As you see, they never planned on doing the job and finally sent back our check 3 months later. This to me is a completely unacceptable way of doing business.

Firstly, there were less then 20 calls made to the office regarding this situation. Secondly, the contracted amount via the proposal was more then [redacted] claims,in the amount of $2800.00, in fact it was $3600.00 less the video scope. [redacted] took it upon themselves to mail us a check in the amount of $2800.00 because the money needed to be used before they could no longer access the fund. We did not ask [redacted] to mail us a check for that amount nor when they mailed the check was there a contracted date. The check they mailed to us was kept in our office and never deposited. It was discussed on several occasions that they ([redacted]) would be contacted by [redacted] (the owner) when we would be available to do the work. Thirdly, the date of 9/5/2014 was never discussed. In fact yes I did speak with the director and did tell him I had been ill, but no date was discussed. The check that [redacted] mailed to us was sent back to Gail on 9/22/14 in the exact form in which we received it, and never deposited thus never taking there money. [redacted] was under pressure to have the work done because of money they needed to spend and apparently they could not wait for us to do the work.
