Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The information is not correct! There was in fact multiple phone calls from myself, the Executive Director and my (2) maintenance employees Secondly, the check was sent to get the job completed Since the issue started in February we sent Garon Tchecks for $each (2/20,4/1, 5/1,5/15) to come and clean out the sewer line On our 4/1/invoice it has a recommendation for video inspection and repair of broken line approximately $2800, we then agreed to video scope for $it was completed on 5/15/ Since then we were trying to get the job start and completion date to avoid any more clogs and having to pay $every time, since we did not receive calls back we went ahead and sent check on 6/30/to get the job done! As you see, they never planned on doing the job and finally sent back our check months later This to me is a completely unacceptable way of doing business Regards, [redacted]
