Cancelled account with company and asked for a refund, yet they continued to charge my account for a total of 8 months.
I Paid 250.00 in feb 2019 to start credit repair service with this company. I was unhappy with the results and requested a cancellation and refund in march 2019. I just noticed that they never cancelled the autopay and have been charging me 50.00 a month for 7months. For a grand total of 650.00. I called the company today to have the funds refunded per my original cancelation and the fact they have done no work on my account since march 2019. The employee Amy was extremely rude and played dumb and hung up on me.
I complete refund in the amount of $650.00
I am sorry that *** has had a poor experience with us.
Her start up fee was $199 to enroll in February.
Her start date was February 8. March 10 and April 26 we did assessments on her reports.
In May, *** had correspondence with us asking what her next step was. Which we replied to. The end of April, after her assessment, we sent her an update that included what her next step was.
In June, when her next assessment was due, we noticed her credit card needed to be updated with the credit report company. We sent her 10 notifications, over the course of 3 months, to update the information, with no response from her.
We went into her account 2x a month to see if her credit report information has been updated.
We were able to delete 15% of the accounts on her report and raise her scores 20 points.
We told her that if she could send us the email (how she told us she canceled) we would be more than happy to refund her. Her response was that we will get the proof in court. The offer still stands. If she can supply the documentation that she canceled, we will send her a refund.
*** was extremely belligerent and using profanity when she called to talk to me.
Like I stated above, if *** can send us the documentation that she canceled, we will be more than happy to refund her the monies back dated to the date of the documentation.

Their response is completely dishonest. And as they admit that why haven't done any work on my account since the initial month but then relied heavily on autopay to continue to collect funds from me with NO further work. And there statements of improvement are completely false. The improvements to my credit were done by myself by paying off several collections in which I have the proof of.
