Garrett Painting, Inc

Review: [redacted] entered into a contract to do exterior painting and hang 15 sets of shutters, claiming that he had an employee he sent to carpentry school and that could do the work. Subsequent to the start of work he stated matter-of-factly that he could not hang shutters. Hanging the shutter cost us $5,000. I regard this as blatant fraud.Desired Settlement: He agreed to do work which he was incapable of doing, and about which he knows nothing. I would like a refund of the amount it cost to hang the shutters.
