I was very happy with the first order I placed for our company's KOOZIES, That I order again. What a wasted that was the QUALITY was so bad. I cant even look at them. the cuts are all over the place and the logo off and the number off center too. and then to top it off. When I called in Tracy was getting an ear full of what my concern where and just put me on hold with out a word. HELLO in what world does a CSR do that.

We ordered pens through Garrett Specialties back in and had a wonderful experience with them We called back today to place a reorder of a project that was just under years old They were able to quickly pull up the artwork and get everything set up Total time on the phone was about minutes Super efficient, very friendly
