'no-show' for Sept. 7, 2016, appointment to fix installation problem & to return $100 overcharge of actual product purchased.  There is no acceptable excuse for Mr. P[redacted] not calling.  I live two miles from Mr. P[redacted]'s residence & business location.  I am a retiree, so I am available seven days a week for an appointment. Recap:  Product purchased May 14, 2016, and installed June 16, 2016.  My initial complaint to Mr. P[redacted] was on June 20, 2016. I need additional help.   Thank you, [redacted]
