Awful customer service. This would be our first season ever owning a pool, spoke down to us on the phone in an unprofessional manner on multiple occasions and was highly disrespectful when he did finally come to the house, in which he just took off without even seeing the pool.
Maybe we caught him in a bad month but I would not recommend him to any of my friends.
