I called and spoke to a Cole to report an incident and asked about my coverageSomeone tried to break into my car and my car was vandalized while parkedWithout thinking, he immediately told that it's not covered and that my drive rating will go down 5% if a claim is filedSo I asked again because I can't believe what I was hearing and that's the time he put me on holdAt the end, he said to call MPII called again a few days later and spoke to a lady, she was very rudeShe shouted at me and so I asked why she was shoutingI was outside and I just wanted to just quickly find out what my deductible was, I hung up on her because I can't stand her tone and rudenessNow, I'm considering switching to a different auto insurance provider because they have the worst customer service
